UE compile under 478... keep getting a SEQ File not Object

Haven't had to compile anything for a few days (Snow!!!!!)

did a compile today under 478... but instead of C32 object, keep getting SEQ file. Did DIRMAINT to delete the definition, added it... even added a production copy of this program (which is C32) to make sure there was an object there with C32 type.

think I updated REL to latest

can't think of anything else to change... but still can't compile.

Any Ideas?
