OK here you go. Jim thinks he figured out what you were asking for. This is a DES program exactly like EXTPTR but it adds the FILE (LUN) CSV statement on the OPEN. That way if the user selects this printer, they get CSV automatically. I've attached the source here. Put it in XTL and compile it to REL. Configure a new text printer using CSVPTR for your DES.
