Check out the source for CUtlCpy in XTL. That error is displayed if it gets E11 doing a Comet OPEN of the source file. Perhaps you can add some logging messages to help find the problem. Also be sure you have the latest XTL and UTL especially if you're on Comet32. There was a change made to solve a launch problem for Comet32 a few months back.
