End-user if running current versions of Comet and services. CometAnywhere Host runs on the WinSBS 2011 server as Comet32. They have a remote warehouse so forms are printed and archived over CometAnywhere. Archiving is done with a Document= mnemonic. pdfFactory has been eliminated at the account due to various bugs, all pdf printing is now done with Comet PDF. Last week their IT guy reported a dialog box on the server from the Bullzip PDF Printer - Error copying document to destination file. Please close the file 'c:\users\...path to $(catemp) here followed by filename' if it is open and try again. The path to catemp is fine and there are typically many pdf files in the temp folder. Any suggestions as to how to deal with this issue? Search online indicates that sleep() parameters should be inserted into the code. The program that generated the dialog box actually does have a sleep(18) after the printer close. Lastly, it appears as though the version of Bullzip that is installed with Comet PDF is 7.2.1317 dated 9/14/2011. Is Signature going to bring the Comet PDF install up-to-date? Is it possible to download & install a more current version of the driver without causing any issues?
