Is there a way, inside Comet, to determine whether a PC is 32 or 64? Customer has a printer (HP) where I have one printer hosted via a XP PC (USB) as LP4 with 32 bit drivers and also hosted via it's print server as L14 with 64 bit drivers.

Users with Win7 64bit PC's seem to be selecting LP4 and crashing with E30. The users are often moving out to the sales desk where LP4 is the correct printer and forgetting when they return to their office PC.
