Problem solved. Changing provider's also changed the user name which I didn't know about.
server = mail.proformtech.net 587
domain = proformtech.net
log = emaillog,dsk
user = print@proformtech.net
password = [password]
Now that this problem is solved I will start looking at the emailptr before I am forced into because I have to.
