When running program CometServerproducts1400.exe I get the following error

SecSrvUI.exe - System Error

This program can't start because c:\comet Services\mfc90.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

I searched the comet forum for mfc90.dll but nothing came up. What is mfc90.dll and why do I need it?
