OK so you understand how to change that path? As Brian indicated it's stored in CosW.ini. You can edit it directly or change it from within Comet by clicking on "Edit"->"Directory Aliases" from the menu at the top of the Comet window. In CosW.ini you'll find it in the [Directories] section.
