I can't tell much but that CosW crashed with an access denied error, which is usually the cause ;-). So you've narrowed it down to the Gosub CW.CreateAutoModeDialog routine? Can you put some logging in the WDL routines called by Gosub CW.CreateAutoModeDialog to narrow it down further?
