comet upgrade

I'm finally getting around to upgrading my XAP Windows Server 2003 R2 from Comet 2008 to Comet 2013.

When launching Comet 2013 with the "/C" switch on the server I get the following error

"ONE OR MORE FILE SERVERS REQUIRED TO RUN COMET ARE UNREACHABLE"

Comet Services are old vsn 8.02. I'm guessing that might have something to do with the error. Please advise.

Are there any issues running the latest greatest Comet on Windows Server 2003 R2?
