We load a variable CLIPBOARD$ with an address separated by @0A@ and use the following lines to copy the address to the clipboard.
2000 OPEN (CLPBD) "X00"
2100 PRINT (CLPBD) (Copy to Clipboard);CLIPBOARD$
2200 INPUT (CLPBD) Z$ & CLOSE (CLPBD)
It works for 98% of the time, for the other 2% a general protection fault in COSH.EXE happends and all COSW clients on the users system have to be closed down. It will work on occasion for those addresses but usually not.
We are running COmet 2003; Build:326 Cosw Client Version: 2.35 on Win 2000 server with WinXP clients.
