We are successfully using LPW and windows printer mnemonics to print to a laser print form changing font sizes and fonts between Times New Roman and Arial. When we try to access special characters like wing dings or ALT-0149 in Arial font, we end up with the a square rather than a circle the code we are using is:
LTR$='@F9@'
45800 GOSUB GDI.InitLogFont
45900 lfHeight$=INTELD(14*20)
46000 lfFaceName$='Arial'+NullByte$
46010 lfHeight$=INTELD(38*20)
46100 lfWeight$=INTELD(FW.BOLD)
46200 GOSUB PTR.SelectFont

Thanks
