COMET SERVER 1400 INSTALL ERROR

Just installed Comet Server 1400 products on a Windows 2003 Server
I received an odd error, yet all programs seem to run.

After running the Comet Services EXE, I clicked FINISH to reboot the server.
When the server came back up it had the following error

'Comet DataBase Record encountered a problem and needed to close"

szAppname: cfileserv.exe szAppver:0.0.0.6 szMcdname: ntdll.dll
szMcdVer: 5.7.3790.4937 offset: 004cd32

I clicked OK, Services were running, tested the application and all seemed fine.

Just thought I would mention it.
