Here's an example from today. Started Comet32 and run DX ($ entered at READY). Windows in 1920x1080. Comet in Normal screen mode. CWFONT = 22. DX came up with a gap at the bottom. See first JPG.

Returned to READY and brought up CWFONT. See second JPG. Started a second session. That session had no gap. See third JPG.

Closed Comet and restarted. Went to full screen before running DX. No gap. Later restarted Comet and tried to replicate first example. Ran fine.
