Ok so the differences are the printer (successful one ran to PDF, failed one ran to GK420D) and the fact that the successful one was run directly on the host. Has this print job run successfully from a CA client in the past? You didn't have to CopyFile the .pngs to $(CATOOLS) on the client and then load them from the local folder? Have you tried running it from a CA session directly on the host?
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
