I can see that you are using C16 here. Be assured that we have not changed the code in C16 for years!
winsock error 10038 indicates that the socket was closed before we attempted to use it again. It is like a comet error 35.
We do not know what is causing this, but it seems that the connection (socket) has been closed prior to our using it. The other side of the connection may have closed it.
It seems like this error has been popping up more frequently lately. Has anyone experienced this error? Is it associated only with C16, or both C16 and C32?
