Whenever I've seen this, and I haven't seen it in a while, the fix was to find your COSW.INI file and erase it, or rename it if you want to keep any specific settings. Start Comet up again and have it build a clean COSW.INI If you have any settings from the old file copy & paste. It's worth a try.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
