CometServerProducts.exe Install issues

Hi All,

I've got a couple of things I'd like to point out that we've discovered in the course of upgrading our end-users.

- When an upgrade is taking place, the installation program asks for
the folder to install to. However, what's really happening is that an
uninstall is taking place. When you've finished and rebooted, the Comet Services are uninstalled.
- Now that the services are uninstalled you must re-run the installation program to perform an install. This second run does not
remember the path that was designated the first time around, it displays a default path. If you're going too fast and click Next without changing your path, it appears that you can still adjust to the correct path by clicking the Back button. The Back button does not go back, it works as though Next was clicked.
- After the uninstall, we removed the USB drivers also. We did this
on instruction from Barbara in order to see if installation of new
drivers would fix the false "Dongle Removal Detected" error our end-
user was receiving. We did a restart, got an error, closed it and then did the CBSetup routine to reinstall the USB drivers. This seems
to have fixed the problem as our end-user has now been running for three days with no disconnect message. The issue I have is that the
message box displaying the "Dongle Removal Detected" message only has
an OK button to click. If this button is clicked, SecurityServer shuts down and all users are terminated. There should be a warning to
have all users logged out before that button is clicked.

Thanks in advance, Tom Fulton
