DSTAT of a directory

I'm trying to do a DSTAT of a directory to determine the UNC path, and its erroring with a Device Unavailable error message. Running 613.480. Tried Comet16 and Comet32. Suggestions? I'm probably missing something obvious.

D$=DSTAT('REL')
