According to the last post on this subject by Grant back in March of 2013 - this problem has been resolved. However, just had a user this morning with 2 phantom sessions and this is how it happened: the 2 sessions in question were left running over the weekend and there was a power outage. Back in the office Monday morning with all users trying to log on they eventually got the message that no more licenses were available. Going into Security Server and viewing users we were able to see user3 still logged in (had not logged in today) and user12 logged in twice (one from the session left on over the weekend and one from today). Without having to restart the Comet Services - how do I delete these phantom sessions? Customer is running Comet2013 ver 477.
