Ok one last thing. You mentioned you could just dismiss the dialog and the email would be sent. From looking at the code, if you dismissed it and the from, to, or subject field was blank you'd get an error. So, I'm wondering if you are doing anything to run a program called EPROMPT. That's the program that pops up the dialog. I know this is crazy, but...
