OK! At long last I may have found you an answer. Came up with this. It snaps your Comet window up to the top left corner of the screen:

gosub COS.GetFrameWnd
cosDlghDlg$ = cosCWnd$
cosCWnd$ = "@00000000@"
cosState = 1
gosub COS.SetWindowPos
