This is a very minor issue, but I'm reporting it.
I changed a print program so that it would print BEFORE it asked if the report was OK. I chose to use Print (1) (FLUSH) rather than CLOSE and OPEN as I'm not sure the printer name is available in this the final overlay.
Flush does the job fine when I'm printing to a "real" printer, but the HTML printer does not start until the LUN is closed.
