On a windows xp professional, ver 2002, service pack 3, gateway pc 1.29ghz, 512 mb ram: 'COSW.EXE has encountered a problem and needs to close.'...ERROR SIGNATURE: Appname: cosw.exe, Modname: unknown. Any idea what this means?
