Oh, I've use WS-FTP Pro a lot with scripts.

Using "C:\Program Files\Ipswitch\WS_FTP Pro\FTPscrpt.exe -f Script.scp"

PRINT (0) (ShellExecuteWait="open","C:\Program Files\Ipswitch\WS_FTP Pro\FTPscrpt.exe","-g script.scp","\\MyServer\Scripts",1)

I am just about to move these script to latest version of WS-FTP Pro on Windows 7. Hope it will work fine.
