3) the DocMgr problem. After running DocMgr, all subsequent T00 screens have an extra height factor. Thus leaving a border area at the bottom. Easy to test. Start Comet. Open two sessions. Get to READY::, if necessary. Run DocMgr in T00. Close DocMgr. T00 is now "taller" than T01. The extra padding persists even for WDL programs that have CW.AutoSizeDialog.
