Thanks for the idea. I put the Error Code code into my program. The Result data is coming back with a huge (10-digit) numbers so it thinks it was "successful" but it does not launch the Windows program.
I am running on a Windows XP machine if that is a clue. Also, as I mentioned, ShellExecute works fine and returns good Result Codes.
