1) In my VM, I occasionally forget that TMP is on the guest C: and the destination is on the host C: Anyway, if I do a move I get properly blocked by an error message. But, "Retry" should be disabled as it's never going to work. "Skip" doesn't seem to do anything. "Cancel" works.

2) Since Clear and other options work with multiple selections (files), it would be nice if "Open" did too. At least for IBS, INC, and IBR files.
