We are getting this same error at regular intervals, maybe twice a week. Resetting the CA host clears the error. Each time it appears to be a particular LUN on the same partition. Also its the same Comet version, 2002 vsn 320. It looks like the LUN is "open" and can't be closed.
We will be upgrading to 2004 soon so will let you know if it occurs then.
