DLL not transferring to Comet Anywhere?

When trying to load a dialog on a Comet Anywhere session, I'm just getting a locked Comet session. Running the program on the host works correctly. Comet Explorer works, and I believe all ports are open correctly on the firewall. Can anyone think of a reason the DLL many not be transferring, or a way to determine if that is indeed the problem? Here is the Comet Log entries on the host at the time I tried this:
