You can get the latest Comet Services here:
http://www.signature.net/download/CometServer%20Products%20(Windows)/

Just run the installer. You may not have to reboot, you can run a command prompt elevated, and use net start/stop.

NET START COMETSERVICES

Make sure your license file is in the folder as well, and you should be good to go.
