COMET disappeared from the Services Menu

Everything ground to a halt..... but I attributed it to LogMeIn problems... also was getting wierd messages about only being able to use CometExpress with COMET greater than 2005... but I'm "latest and greatest"

so I killed LogMeIn and went over to VNC to connect to my TEST server.

still couldn't get anything done so I re-booted Windows Server 2003

this didn't help so I tried to just restart COMET service...

It's not in the list of services...

what to do.... re-install COMET? or is there any shortcut?
