1) Yes, it should. As I recall, there were some NT 4.0 users that had problems getting thru earlier versions of our installation program. Be sure you're running the latest. If you have any problem, give me a call and I'll try to help you.
2) If you decide you want to run the servers as a service after they have been installed, just rerun the CometServerProducts installation program.
