Take a look at DocProc.ibs in XTL. It shows you how to activate the "Process Docs" button on DocMgr to do whatever you want. If all you want is to select a range of docs and delete them, you can use click + Ctrl/Shift/click to select a bunch of docs. Then right-click and the popup menu will include a Delete option.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
