Since I have a pre-preview of the new QMONITOR, I gave it a try with this problem. No change.

Turned on PC, started Comet (T00), started T01, aligned the sessions and took the screen shot.

Ran DocMgr and immediately exited. Took second screen shot.

Interestingly, second screen shot shows a piece of a scroll bar. No idea where from whence that came. PC had just been turned on and no scroll bars had been displayed.
