Hardware vendor indicates with a 64 bit Windows 2012 server and Windows 7 (64 bit) workstations, you should be able to run Comet as 32 bit because Windows7 has two program files folders. One folder is for 64 bit apps and one folder is for 32 bit apps. If you launch an app under the 32 bit folder it will run as 32 bit. Customer still has image files and desires the old spool...(too locked into procedures to change). Is the vendor correct or do the workstations need to be reloaded to 32 bit Win7? They currently run Win7 64 bit, but use windows virtual (XP mode) to launch Comet. It's been 10 years since they upgraded. HELP!
