Found a difference between Comet 2013.480 and Comet 2014.485 in the way it process F-Keys.
I always took for granted that Partial F-Keys On/Off (@0E0007@ & @0E0008@) were also affected by the Full F-Key On/Off (@0E000E@ & @0E000F@). So turning either ON would automatically turn the other OFF.
Makes sense to me, If I turn Partial F-Key ON the the Full F-Key should be OFF. But looks like it is not...
The new QMONITOR in Comet 2014 turns the Full F-Key ON and does not reset it before getting out.
As a result, the Comet Editor (CED) does not quite behave properly.
A new version of CED (14.01) will soon be released to fix this issue.
