You can also put a flag in the (CopyFile= ) that will only copy if the file is missing or out-of-date. That's the 64 in flag. Any/All programs should do this at the beginning of execution.

Personally I use 64+128+512 and sometime 1024.

Where:
64 is synchronize
128 is CometAnywhere
512 is create Alias if not there
1024 Show progress bar

If you ever use CED with CA, it is what I use to copy the splash screen.
