Why not just make your own ?
It many systems such a shortcut would interfere with any existing program named DM.
"DOCMGR" is not that bad to type, you can also click the huge button in the new QMONITOR.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
