I have a customer who does batches of 50-150 invoices. After the print cycle, an archive (non DocMgr) copy is printed and (CopyFile)'d to an archive directory outside of Comet. This has worked error free with Comet PDF. Not so good when it was pdfFactory.

The one thing I do miss from pdfFactory is the ability to have two PDF printers open in the same program. Comet PDF goes into long delays and one of the two PDF's never makes it to the destination. Usually DocMgr.

I've never tried running separate programs on the same PC. Each with a PDF driver processing to see if that would work.

Could this be happening to your customer?
