and CometWoman said that the users should log in to the duplicated session and properly log out, but only if the IP address was the same.
had that yesterday.... there's a monthly job that's run remotely over the weekend by our controller... late Monday (2014-09-15) the VP for operations couldn't get in because the controller's session was logged in twice.
I realise that we don't have a way to KILL the rogue sessions (not yet, anyway), and there were jobs running overnite so I couldn't kill COMET services.
I thought (or, sadly, may have mis-remembered) that there was a change in the works to force the login to grab the existing login if the node ID was the same, and not grab a new licence/session.
is that in the works, and if so, where does it stand???
