Comet32 install on Windows Server 2012 R2

Having some problems finishing an install using Windows Server 2012 R2. Comet32 ver 487 full license runs fine on the server. ComeyAnywhere sessions run fine. I cannot run a full license session from any other workstation. I get an error 1002 on each directory in the startup log. Any ideas?
