If I remember right, the "Forever" mode only works with TXT documents. It's tied in with the "Print Text Documents" processing.

PDF printing from DocMgr launches your viewer program (Adobe Reader) with a "Ctrl-P" to force printing to the user's default printer.

My method is to make two print passes. First to paper and second to PDF. The PDF is copied to a folder outside Comet and DocMgr. Prevents a user from inadvertently clearing an archive.
