Comet runs well in a Terminal Services enviornment. The advantage to running Terminal Services or Citrix is on the client side, if you have a group of users with older PC's that you don't want to upgrade and you measure that against the cost of a new robust server that can run multiple session under terminal services or citrix you can figure the economics.

In most cases we have found that upgrading the desktop is a better solution, these people usually run other applications and have the need for upgraded OS.

If you are running many remote clients then both are very good solutions since the above will not apply.
