Back to customer today. He waited for me before trying CAW again.

Tried Build Mode and a whole bunch of combinations. No joy :(

IT Guy vaguely remembered a prior occasion when IDMAINT would only work right if run from the CAW Host.

So we went to the Computer room and ran IDMAINT there. VOILA!!! CAW user could is now challenged for their "one Time" password and was able to log in.
