Cables are important too. Just heard from a customer whose been upgrading their 10/100 switches to gigabit. The IT guy himself thought he had a 1gbs connection. Turned out the cable from his PC to the local switch needed upgrading. He never noticed in Task Manager that the network connection was showing 10/100.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
