The source for that program is QMonPtr.ibs in XTL. It uses a special pseudo DOS call to read thru the Device Descriptor table for the Comet user to get on what Printers are configured for them. If you don't think the list is correct and you're sure the Comet.ini is correct, check to make sure the .cfg file for that user is from the latest Comet.ini.
