I had issues with it.

When connecting to a machine already running Comet (like Comet Anywhere), RDP would open a new sessions. Finally found out that using the /console switch on the shortcut would allow me to see the "real" console. Same thing for the Server Products.

I did not try running Comet on Clients of Terminal Services. I'd rather use Comet Anywhere.
