CFILES CSV Export

I was exporting a rather large file using CFILES to CSV. A progress bar would be nice.

I monitored the progress with CometEx, by watching the file size increase in TMP. At the end, the CSV launched Excel but CometEx showed . The file really did exist in CATEMP.
