I removed the check in the "Show Message When Done" checkbox and I get no more Document Creation messages.
On the "Document" tab I change the "Initial Zoom Level" from One Page to Page Width. Documents I generated after that showed at 100% in Reader. Let me know if you need the info on how to set up a "Letter, margins" form to get around the full bleed.
